- Standard Shipping Rates: Most domestic orders qualify for a flat-rate shipping fee of $40.00 CAD.
- Processing & Transit: We typically fulfill orders within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times range from 5–10 business days, depending on your specific region in Canada.
- Ammunition Logistics: Because of weight restrictions and transport safety regulations, ammunition is exempt from flat-rate pricing. You may place an ammo order online, after which our team will determine the exact freight cost. We will reach out within 24 hours with a shipping quote; your order will remain pending until you formally approve these charges.
- Oversized & Heavy Goods: Please be aware that exceptionally bulky or heavy shipments may incur additional freight fees beyond our standard flat rate.
- Firearms & Ammunition Returns: Due to the specialized nature and safety requirements of these products, all sales of firearms and ammunition are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
- General Returns: For all other merchandise, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, remain unused, and be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
