Other features include, a significantly lighter striker, a new type of bedding, improved ergonomics, and an exceptionally durable anti-corrosion finish on its steel parts. The long stock for the CZ 457 Royal is made of premium walnut, with decorative details at the tip and the beautiful grain is accentuated by an oil finish. The design of the stock is based on the shape of traditional stocks popular in the Commonwealth with a straight comb, rounded cheekpiece, and slim forend and loops for a Safari style sling.
